This suspect was reported to have organized a crime ring in a nearby neighborhood. Although there have been no actual witnesses to his criminal behavior and he continues to run very cute and friendly businesses, there have been several complaints made regarding harassment, vandalism, and theft.

While this criminal appears to be very cute and cuddly, authorities urge citizens to refrain from becoming involved with any/all business transactions.

Authorities last spotted the suspect moving through the neighborhood on foot with two of his associates. They were also accompanied by a mouse and seen carrying a rope and a spoon, but investigators can not, at this time, locate the mouse for questioning.

The assistance and co-operation of all citizens is requested in the apprehension of this criminal.
